Delivery terms

These delivery terms apply unless Swedish or other applicable law prescribes terms that conflict with them. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, and for companies - the Sales Act. The Sales Act, unlike the Consumer Purchase Act, is dispositive, which means that companies can agree on terms other than those prescribed by law.

If the person placing the order is under 18 years of age, a guardian's permission must be obtained by the person placing the order before the purchase is completed. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage, will be reported to the police.
All goods sold by us are marked on the website with delivery indication: "Order item", "on order" and "in stock". We reserve the right for any incorrect information that forms the basis for these delivery indications, which may result in delivery taking place earlier or later than estimated. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to change an order regarding content to an equivalent/better item without affecting the price the customer has been confirmed, or alternatively remove a non-deliverable item from the order, and then of course with a price reduction for the same. If the customer then wishes to order another or said item, this is to be regarded as a new order. In the event that the buyer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to have the order delivered, it is the buyer's responsibility to cancel said order in accordance with these Terms of Purchase before the order is processed. Partial delivery of an order only takes place at the customer's request and entails additional shipping costs for the customer.

Payment terms

We have no control over price changes in the market, therefore the price that applies at the time of ordering also applies at the time of delivery.

All prices stated on our pages are based on cash payment unless otherwise agreed. Cash payment refers to payment by debit card or direct payment/advance payment.

Delivery terms

Delivery cost within Sweden:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 2000.
  • For orders with a merchandise cost of less than SEK 2000, we charge a flat shipping cost of SEK 100 including VAT.

Delivery cost within the rest of the EU:

  • The shipping cost within the EU is fixed at SEK 600 and is usually with delivery, depending on the final carrier. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Delivery Time, Shipping Company and Notifications:

  • We normally ship all items in stock on the first business day after the order is processed.
  • The delivery of the shipment normally takes 1-3 days.
  • All deliveries within Sweden are made with DHL or Postnord to the nearest delivery point, based on the postal code in the specified delivery address. The shipping company may vary between different product groups and destinations.
  • When we have booked your delivery, you will receive a tracking email and an SMS notification when the goods are available for collection.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided to us at the time of ordering is correct, and that the buyer, after we have processed the order, follows up on the delivery with the carrier, and ensures that the delivery is collected/received at the collection point within a reasonable time from dispatch, usually nine (9) days from dispatch. Delivery only takes place within Sweden unless otherwise agreed.

Transport Damage

If the delivered item's transport packaging shows damage, you must ask the carrier or the clerk to make a note of this before you sign for the package. Also, keep all packaging in case of damage. The goods must be unpacked immediately to see if anything is missing or damaged. Sometimes a delivery damage can be invisible on the packaging while the item may have been damaged. Always unpack and check the goods as soon as possible after receiving them. Notification of damaged goods must be reported to the seller without delay.

Complaints / Right of Withdrawal

Complaints

Cancellation of an order is possible at no cost to the customer until the order has been processed. Processing usually takes place by creating an invoice and shipping documents.

Cancellation is not possible after the order has been processed. If we have processed your order, you as a customer are in all cases obliged to receive the shipment. Cancellation of a non-stock item that has been purchased or programmed specifically for the customer is not possible after we have ordered the same item from our supplier or programmed this item ourselves. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation thereof has been received from us.
Private individuals have, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, a three (3) year right to make a complaint, regardless of the warranty period that applies to an item. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. In the event of a complaint after the warranty period has expired, it is the buyer who must prove that the defect they are complaining about already existed at the time of delivery.

Returns

We reserve the right to replace a defective item with an equivalent one if an identical item is not available at the time of action of the returned item.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

Effects of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery cost.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will refund the amount upon withdrawal from the contract through the payment solution you chose when ordering, alternatively bank transfer for Swish payments. The refund will not cost you anything.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the item, depending on which occurs first.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and you may examine the product, but not use it. Therefore, be careful when opening the packaging as it and the item must be in new condition when exercising the right of withdrawal.
You will have to pay the direct costs for returning the item. The costs are estimated to be between SEK 40 and 300 depending on the product and mode of transport.
