Our Privacy Policy
Who we are
Cryo Golf is operated and owned by Moby Dick AB in Gothenburg. Our website addresses include: www.cryogolf.se and www.mobydick.se
What we collect and store
While you visit our website, we will track:
- Products you have viewed: we use this to, for example, show you products you have recently viewed
- Location information, IP address and browser type: we use this for purposes such as calculating VAT and shipping costs
- Delivery address: we ask you to provide this so that we can, for example, calculate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We also use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while you are using our website.
Note: you may need to describe your cookie policy in more detail, and link to that section here.
When you buy from us, we ask you to give us information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information such as username and password. We use this information for purposes such as:
- Send you information about your account and your order
- Respond to your questions, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with legal requirements we have, such as VAT calculation
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email address and telephone number, which will be used to populate your details at the Check Out for future orders.
Generally, we only store information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and for as long as we are legally required to store it. For example, we will store order information for the applicable time period for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
We also store comments or reviews, if you leave them.
Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you give us. For example, both administrators and store owners have access to:
- Order information such as what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be sent, as well as
- Customer information such as your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team has access to this information to fulfill orders, process refunds, and provide support.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us fulfill orders and store services for you, for example:
For example, when you place an order in the store with Klarna Checkout as the selected payment method, information about your order (name, price, quantity, SKU) is sent to Klarna. Once the purchase is completed, Klarna sends the delivery and invoice address back to the store. This data, as well as a unique ID for the purchase, is then saved as delivery and invoice data in the order in WooCommerce.
Payments
We accept payments through Klarna Checkout, Payson 2.0 and Swish. When you place an order in the store with Klarna Checkout or Payson as the selected payment method, information about your order (name, price, quantity, SKU) is sent to the payment gateway company. Once the purchase is completed, they send the delivery and invoice address back to the store. This data, as well as a unique ID for the purchase, is then saved as delivery and invoice data in the order in WooCommerce.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be displayed publicly along with your comment.
Cookie files
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website address in cookie files. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in this information again the next time you write a comment. These cookie files are valid for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to see if your browser accepts them. This cookie contains no personal data and disappears when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also create several cookie files to save information about your login and your choices for designing the screen layout. Login cookie files are valid for two days and cookie files for layout choices are valid for one year. If you check “Remember me”, your cookie will remain for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie files will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie file will be saved in your browser. This cookie file contains no personal data but only specifies the post ID for the article you just edited. It is valid for 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this website may contain embedded content (such as video clips, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookie files, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with said embedded content, including tracking your interaction with this embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to the website in question.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your information with anyone. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we keep your data
If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be saved indefinitely. The reason for this is that we need to be able to find and approve follow-up comments automatically and not put them in the queue for review.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also save the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their username). The website's administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account or have written any comments on this website, you can request an export file with the personal data we have about you, including all the information you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Comments from visitors may be checked via an automated spam detection service.
